Finishing

My father always told me, “no matter how hard you try, you have got to get the ball across the goal line. ” Which is so true.  Good intent can only go so far and at some point you have to finish.

I think a lot of people including myself get stuck in a rut in the winter.  I don’t know what it is, but spring is the time to finish, and start new adventures.

The hardest part about painting is knowing when it’s finished.  I feels sooo goog to sign and varnish the painting.

Fred’s painting, “Patagonian Ski Dreams”

It also feels great to finish a film/edit.  ”Big Air on Elk”…

In the winter I feel like it is a lot of meadow skipping, and skiing the flanks of the peaks.  In Spring, it’s time to summit.

When one project is finished, then the next can be hatched.

Happy spring!
